The DRDI Standard

Promises should have owners and consequences.

DRDI combines protected physical infrastructure with a named team, 24/7 monitoring, and a 100% uptime promise backed by a money-back commitment.

16 × 864ducts and fibers per duct
100%underground, minimum 3-foot burial
24/7network monitoring
White-glove operating model

One team stays with the problem.

White glove does not mean extra ceremony. It means fewer handoffs, clearer ownership, faster context, and communication that continues until the issue is resolved.

Design owner

A technical lead from the first review.

The same context carries from feasibility through route, entrance, capacity, and commercial decisions.

Delivery owner

One accountable project path.

DRDI coordinates route engineering, facility dependencies, construction, testing, documentation, and turn-up.

Operations owner

Monitoring becomes action.

24/7 monitoring, defined escalation, proactive communication, and a team responsible for closing the loop.

The uptime promise

100% uptime, or your money back.

DRDI’s commitment is designed to be simple: when an eligible contracted service does not meet its 100% uptime promise, the customer receives the remedy defined in the applicable service agreement.

The executed service agreement controls measurement, exclusions, notice, credits or refund mechanics, and eligibility. We make those terms visible during the sales process so the promise can be evaluated before signature.
