Privacy Notice
How Direct Reach Digital Infrastructure handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Information we collect
When you use the network proximity tool, we may collect the address or business name you submit, the location returned by the geocoding service, whether the location falls within the displayed qualification radius, the calculated distance, the nearest mapped network point, and the submission time. If you request a route review, we also collect the contact and project information you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to display proximity results, evaluate potential serviceability, plan network expansion, respond to route-review requests, develop prospective business opportunities, protect the website, and understand use of our network tools. A proximity result is not a commitment to provide service.
Autocomplete and geocoding
Text entered into the autocomplete field may be sent to third-party geocoding providers as you type so location suggestions can be returned. Submitted searches may also be sent to a geocoding provider to identify a map location. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information into the search field.
Service providers and disclosure
We may provide information to hosting, form-processing, mapping, geocoding, analytics, security, and customer-relationship service providers that process it for DRDI. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. DRDI does not use the proximity tool as a means to sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about information associated with a submission or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and our ability to verify the request. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction.
Contact
Questions or requests may be sent to info@harbornetworksolutions.com. This notice should be reviewed by DRDI counsel before the public production launch and updated when vendors, retention practices, or contact information change.
